1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their project engagement at any time by providing written notice to ADXNEW via email at hello@adxnew.com.
Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate or pro-rated based on the project milestones achieved, whichever is applicable as per the service agreement.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the allocation of dedicated resources:
- Deposits: Initial project deposits are non-refundable. These funds are used to reserve time on our production schedule and initiate the discovery process.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of specific milestones (e.g., Design Approval, Development Phase 1) are non-refundable once the milestone has been approved by the client.
- Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable and are billed in advance of the service period.
3. Exceptions
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe that ADXNEW has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the Statement of Work, please contact us immediately. We will review the claim in good faith and may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or service credit to resolve the issue.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will result in immediate termination of all services and may lead to legal action to recover due funds.
